National general insurer
Enterprise systems and integration · Jakarta
Partner channels end to end, from architecture to code. Four partner integrations running on two patterns. I direct a developer and a business analyst on channel work, and give technical guidance to six developers across the core platform and integration teams.
IT representative on the task force for a retail distribution portal, holding the architecture and writing the requirements document together with underwriting, finance and operations.
Two bid tender systems for upstream oil and gas procurement, both live in 2026. Designed so bid data is never written to the database at all — it goes straight to the internal tender team, with the scoring formula held server side.
Also: billing note integration with its approval hierarchy, a bulk enforcement path across records running into the thousands, and database optimisation with the data and DBA teams.

2023 — 2025
Hospitality and lifestyle group
HR systems architecture · Jakarta
I owned the architecture across three HR systems — the workforce portal, the learning platform, and recruitment — and wrote the integration layer over the payroll platform's API that the native product could not provide.
Replaced a rigid vendor learning platform with one built in house, used by 2,000 to 3,000 employees across every property. The vendor licence went with it. Built the recruitment system end to end as well; more than 500 candidates have gone through it.
Worked directly with the learning, recruitment and HR managers and their teams, reporting monthly to the HR Director on delivery and to the Senior IT Manager on the systems.
Retained as advisor through March 2026 after leaving, to oversee the enhancement pipeline for all three systems.

Inspection and certification company
Digital transformation · Jakarta
Held the technical design for one platform covering asset management and resource ordering across three separate legal entities in the same holding. The useful part was not the code: I brought developers from the other two entities onto a single shared design instead of three parallel ones.
Moved e-certification from fragmented per-branch setups to one centralised cloud platform, piloted with the laboratory business unit and then extended. Integrated it with the laboratory core system and with invoicing, so a certificate is checked against payment status before it goes out.
Also: replaced manual branch-level billing with an e-invoice system tied into the ERP core, including digital stamp duty; built a document review and approval system for the corporate secretary division; and led the build of a halal certification application integrated with its regulator.

Industrial systems vendor
Software developer · Jakarta
An RFID-based haulage monitoring system for a cement producer: dump trucks tracked across weighbridges, with the difference between load and unload weight reconciled automatically and surfaced on a realtime dashboard, integrated with the client's mining system.
Inventory, workforce monitoring and production reporting on the same platform. This is where I learned that the reporting screen is what makes people trust the data underneath it.
Alongside
Muara — a personal finance application I built and run myself. It is the one system on this site I operate end to end: deployment, backups, migrations, and whatever breaks at two in the morning.
Independent work — a school management platform delivered in 2025, leading a developer and a technical writer from scope to handover, and two reporting systems built for government agencies in 2022 and 2023.
